We can help you with transportation when you arrive from the airport, to where you will stay, by sending a driver that will charge for approximately USD $40.00 for the service.
If you need the driver, we need to know your flight information in advance. Otherwise, there are taxis available at the airport as well as a local bus ("onibus executivo," costing around USD $3.00) to the center of the city ("Praça da Sé"), where most of the accommodations suggested are located (Barra, Vitoria, Pelourinho, and Santo Antonio). Note that the prices for the driver may vary on holidays such as Christmas and New Year's Day.
Participants in our training, who need a visa, must apply for a Visitor Visa. Your visa application should be marked Tourist. You will need to provide an address for your housing accommodation in Brazil. Please do not use the addresses of the dance schools. You will need to provide the address of a hotel, apartment, or home where you will be staying.
