YES it will be hot! We will dance a lot! Stay hydrated and nourished - drink coconut water, eat lots of fruits and açai, and refresh our bodies in the ocean! Flights: American Airlines, TAM, a Brazilian Airline, also offers international flights to Brazil. There are many choices with other airlines. But you want to fly to Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. The airport is called Luis Eduardo Magalhaes (SSA). If you need the driver, we need to know your flight information in advance. Otherwise, there are taxis available at the airport as well as a local bus ("onibus executivo," costing around USD $3.00) to the center of the city ("Praça da Sé"), where most of the accommodations suggested are located (Barra, Vitoria, Pelourinho, and Santo Antonio). Note that the prices for the driver may vary on holidays such as Christmas and New Year's Day. Visa: Participants in our training, who need a visa, must apply for a Visitor Visa. Your visa application should be marked Tourist. You will need to provide an address for your housing accommodation in Brazil. Please do not use the addresses of the dance schools.
